Finding the right spare part

Using your personal profile, you can access the interactive flow diagram of your line from Steinecker and find the relevant material numbers for all line parts and components. You can then select the required part from the customer-specific spare parts list. The selected part can then be requested directly from Steinecker by clicking on the cart. 

Calling up the associated documentation

The documentation associated with the system is also made available digitally on the platform. This means that the documents can be called up online and saved offline at any time. 

This is how you get access to the Steinecker.shop

If you already have a Shop account, you can log on to shop.steinecker.com with your individual records. Your profile contains a digital overview of your line including the associated documentation and spare parts.

If you are already a Steinecker customer, please add the following information in the free text field:

• Name of the company and location of the line
• If available: Customer number

You will then receive all the information you need for initial registration.
