The ILTIS process control system is a true all-rounder, as it can be flexibly adapted to the size of the plant or the respective industry: Both simple visualisation and complex multi-user systems can be implemented. The required functions can be expanded as required with a wide range of options.

ILTIS Standard
ILTIS SQL
allows you to read and write directly from your MS SQL database (provided you have the appropriate access rights). This means that data can be exchanged directly between your MES/ERP system and ILTIS.
Logging
guarantees continuous logging of events and faults. The implemented functions make it easier to analyse the processes that have taken place.
Long-term data recording
records the progression of process data and variables over time.
DmsVoyager
is an auxiliary tool for creating key-signal based overviews, setting values and logging/documentation using printable reports.
Optional expansions

provides the appropriate tools to optimally prepare maintenance work for different trades and to procure and carry out material.
ILTIS Web
itallows you to monitor and control the system and analyse process data, whether from the office, from home or on the move via tablet.
ILTIS Recipe
itis a flexible and easy to operate module with which you can implement your recipe controls. ILTIS recipe also puts in consideration significant components of general guidelines of GLP, GMP and FDA.
Batch-orientated data acquisition
is a user-friendly solution that records, combines and secures the data acquisition for each partial system, batch independently for each process in a batch-orientated manner.
And that is essential, because: Legal requirements as well as our own cost and quality targets demand complete documentation and traceability - and therefore traceability - of the entire production process: from the incoming raw material to the finished product.
Data back-up
of all process data generated during operation automatically and online - in accordance with the selected strategy. The archived files can be easily restored using the integrated DS-Restore function.
VideoMode
allows you to analyse all process values in detail afterwards. Based on stored data, you can call up all images, trends and logs retrospectively (similar to rewinding a video). VideoMode not only helps you with commissioning and analyses, but also ensures and increases production quality.
Alerting
can be implemented in various functions and options (e.g. AIP).
ILTIS-Report
consists of the actual report and a report editor, which can be used to define and compile the individual reports using drag-and-drop functions.
ILTIS Pipes
is an engineering tool for project planners that greatly simplifies the drawing and expansion of process diagrams. But it is also a helpful information tool for operating personnel, which displays the flow direction as well as the content and status of each pipe in colour.
Skript module
is a feature that can be used to realise comprehensive and customer-specific solutions, such as data exchange with a higher-level system (MES/ERP).
Falke
is a project planning tool for programming the control system and creating process sequences.

OPC UA (Server & Client)
has become an integral part of modern automation. The client/server principle is not only used to link SCADA systems to control systems; OPC has also developed into a universal tool for data exchange thanks to a constant stream of new standards.
ILTIS-PLS has the option of setting up a server or client via OPC (UA & DA).

Compliance with FDA and GMP guidelines
In the food and beverage industry as well as in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, production is subject to FDA guidelines and special requirements must be met: For example, recipes must be stored in a tamper-proof manner and be available in a generally readable form (for example as a PDF). These requirements can be reliably fulfilled with ILTIS.
Dynamic when adjusting recipes
With the ILTIS recipe module, customised mathematical functions can be stored directly in the recipe. If process parameters change, the system automatically and flexibly adapts to these new conditions - guaranteeing that you always end up with the desired product result.
