Contiroll labeller for Vata in Iran

In north-western Iran, the newly founded company Pak AB installed a PET bottling line rated at 20,800 x 0.5 l bottles an hour or 12,000 x 1.5 l bottles an hour and the matching Krones labeller for bottling Vata mineral water.
A Contiroll labeller with a double station applies wrap-around labels to the 0.5 l and the 1.5 l containers. The Contiroll, designed for applying reel-fed wrap-around labels is equipped with a servo-controlled labelling station, a feed roller for label transport with cut-off point control and rotating cutters for completely accurate label cutting. A gluing unit with heated glue roller accurately applies a thin glue film.
The standard Contiroll is designed for an output of 3,000 to 72,000 containers/h. An alternative is the Contiroll HS (High Speed), designed for an output of 3,000 to 80,000 containers/h. For shrinking film labels, the Contiroll is supplied with a shrinking tunnel.
