Properly cleaned crates have two effects: they present the company and its products to the market in optical top form and they are an indicator for optimal hygienic production and storage conditions. Particularly for the soft drinks, mineral water and juice producers, plastic crates are a field-proven package for properly positioning the goods at the point of purchase.
The Diajet pack washer implements a new procedure for cleaning crates.
The principle of an immersion-bath construction has been replaced by flush-off showering, thus combining the soaking effect with a mechanical cleaning effect. The second major change compared to previous crate cleaning processes relates to how the crates are transported through the machine. In the Diajet, the crates are not guided in a rectangular configuration, but are conveyed diagonally, corner to corner, thus rendering all surfaces accessible without restrictions for treatment steps. The crate is dependably cleaned from all sides, producing a high-quality cleaning result and more effective washing.
The pack washer range also includes a KGW-S spray crate washer with conventional procedures and a crate spraying system. These models clean the crates while it passes through an inline machine.
