Head-section rinser for bulk glass cleaning

The installation of a head-section rinser upstream the filler provides maximum safety for bulk glass bottles. The structure of this machine is consistent with the head-section or bottle infeed and discharge section of a single-end machine.
The inside and the outside of the containers is thoroughly cleaned in an immersion bath. This procedure safely removes residues from glass production or deposits that have formed on the new containers during transport, and is accordingly essential for a perfect appearance.
The head-section rinser dissolves deposits on the containers in an immersion bath with water or a weak caustic solution, depending on the contamination of the container. Then, the external and internal spraying procedure washes off all traces of cleaning liquids.
