The ideal cellar system – from a single source

Maximum process precision and the observation of stringent quality standards during fermentation, storage and filtration are the basic requirements for the desired beer character. The ideal cellar, however, is able to achieve much more: It optimally connects the brewhouse and the filling line. Factors from the upstream and downstream processes are considered in the plans for all individually designed Steinecker cellar systems, as well as the strategic orientation of a customer or his requirements concerning a future expansion. The result of this holistic approach is a continuous concept of the entire cellar technology including control system and process monitoring with perfectly harmonised interfaces – after all, engineering, technological and automation know how come from a single source.
