Packaging technology in a multiplicity of variants

The Hygiene Division of the Brazilian Friboi Group relies on Krones technology for filling washing-up liquid in PET bottles. Their order for a complete line covered a Sensometic VPGW filler, and a Contiroll labeller. A Variocart carton erector, comprehensive container and pack conveying systems technology, plus a Blitzpac packer optimally pack the popular Minuano washing-up liquid bottles.
The fully automatic packers and unpackers are available in three different machine versions. Through numerous set-up variants, variation possibilities for the gripper head design, and harmonious movements during container handling, these machines meet all requirements for a flexible and precise operation.
The Linapac II and Smartpac, a new family of machines now being used instead of the Blitzpac range, models process the containers and packs linearly, whereas the Contipac is based on horizontally-circulating packing heads that process the containers and packs in a continuous motion. Depending on the required output, double-lane pack infeeds and double packing heads can be integrated in the desired model.
Containers in shrink packs, trays or wrap-around cartons are packed with the fully automatic, continuously operating machines Variopac, Wrapapac and Modulpac.
Continuous product guidance, servodrive technology and the programmed wrapping curves for trays, cartons or film are decisive for accurately shaped packs with a high optical standard. The modular machines are supplied for different output ranges and can be retrofitted with the appropriate modules to handle new packaging tasks.
