Palletising returnable packs – fast and accurately at high speeds

With its Modulpal series of palletisers, Krones offers a wide range of single-column palletisers featuring robot technology, ideally suited for applications involving returnables.
The variants range from models with horizontal and vertical traversing units to a version with a base swivelling unit. A hook or clamp-type gripper head ensures dependable grasping of the returnable packs.

The entire family is designed for a speed of 500 cycles/h or 600 cycles/h  (with the Modulpal 1ADR).

• Modulpal 2A
  Single-column palletiser with vertical and horizontal traversing options in an operating range of 3.40 m
• Modulpal 3A
  Single-column palletiser with vertical traversing unit, swivelling unit and rotating gripper head axis with an operating range of 2 x 110°
• Modulpal 3AR
  Single-column palletiser with a base swivelling unit for covering an operating range of 360°
• Modulpal 1 ADR
  Single-column palletiser with 2 lifting units/gripper heads for removing the packs from the infeed conveyor and depositing them on the loading position at high speed in an operating range of +/-180°    

The Robogrip series is based on articulated-arm robot technology with a swivelling range of 360°, and includes variants with two to six movement axes, able to reach outputs of up to 550 cycles/h, with a carrying capacity of up to 700 kg:

• Robogrip 4-axis
  with an output of up to 700 cycles /h and a carrying capacity of up to 450 kg
• Robogrip 6-axis
  with an output of up to 450 cycles/h and a carrying capacity of up to 600 kg
