Krones Line Manager: certification for managerial staff

Line managers, shift managers, forepersons or team leaders, have top priority for maximising line efficiency. Companies with highly qualified line managers score in terms of higher productivity with reduced downtime and quality impairment. For this purpose, the Krones Academy offers certification as a “Krones Line Manager”.

5 steps for certification as a “Krones Line Manager”:

• Choose 6 courses from the categories of management training and technical training (4 courses at least must come from the management training category. The management course on man-management and line efficiency is obligatory).
• Participation in these courses has to take place within a period of max. 24 months. The courses can be attended both within the framework of catalogue training and also as individual courses.
• Decide on an improvement project you want to carry out in your company.
• Document this project, by describing facts, empirical feedback, the learning process and the result.
• This is the assessment required for gaining the certificate.
